The room had a full kitchen and free WiFi. Conveniently located close to main attractions. However.
The sheets were dirty with hair on them and pillows had mascara on them. The sign at the front desk stated they offered 'late checkout' but employees denied it was offered.

This was the worst dump I have ever stayed at.

The room had a a full kitchen, which was not expected. Free WiFi in room.
The sheets were dirty, they had lots of hair on them and the pillows had mascara on them. Obviously, they were not washed. Also, the front desk had a sign that stated they did "late checkout" however, the employee/owner (?) said that they did not offer that. He did say he would let us stay an extra hour for $15 more. (We did not opt for that).

The owners at Nite Inn were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

It was available as one of the only rooms left in town due to the Oregon Duck football game.
It was old and it smelled moldy and was in a poor area.

The room had a full kitchen, comfortable warm air from the heater, owners were friendly, free WiFi.
Nothing at all.

It had a separate full function kitchen (stove, full-size refrigerator, and microwave) and a separate bathroom (Shower only). The bed was comfortable. The noise was at a bear minimum. The staff was very accommodating to my request for a late checkout as well.
The stove did not work. The room had an odor to it that was somewhat annoying.

The room was small but very clean and up to date. Even though it was located on a well used street the street noise was not noticable.
The front desk person when I check in was rather rood.

The location was convenient and the bed was comfortable. the room also had a TV and a microwave, which was a nice touch.
Our romantic escape at this hotel was far from perfect. the room was very outdated and looked dirty, with stained walls and a rough-looking mattress.

The location of the inn is convenient and easy to access, with low street noise. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with recently replaced carpets and clean, comfortable beds. the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful.
The heater control knob in one of the rooms was broken, leading to either being too cold or too hot throughout the night.

Location was good and it is a budget hotel so the cost was low
This being a budget hotel makes it a single star class. Much like what you would expect from say a hotel 6 type hotel

Rude staff, dirty room, poor experience overall.
